Anarkia is the wine that opened winemaker Pablo Fallabrino to the world of natural wines, made without any additives—just grapes fermented and not much more than that. Bottled unfiltered, this is a pure expression of tannat grown on the calcareous clay slopes of Atlántida, a vineyard strongly influenced by the sea and the Río de la Plata and that here shows red fruits, spices, and flowers. The palate is tense, with hard tannins and fruity flavors in a red made for charcuterie.
