It combines the beauty of Santa Barbara Syrah with the elegance and texture of Northern Rhone. The grapes are farmed with organic principals, and picked just before optimal ripeness, allowing for lower alcohol Syrah without compromising that glorious fruit. This is aged for 6 months in neutral oak barrels and bottled unfined with a light filtration. The result, full flavored Syrah that won’t weigh you down. Lush dark flavors of cassis, blueberry jam and black berries that are not overpowering. The finish brings brilliant acidity, spice box, minerals and fine chewy tannins. This is full flavored Syrah that is light on its feet. The perfect complement to anything off your grill.
