Product Description:

The cinsaut vines were planted in the 1980’s while the syrah and mourvèdre between 2000 and 2004. All of the vines are dry-farmed, bush vines.

The grapes are handpicked and carbonically fermented naturally and entirely whole bunch. It is racked to mixture of used barriques and tonneau.

Fine and expressive with a pure floral bouquet of crushed violets and juniper with briny green olives leading to dark cherries and raspberry preserves. The palate shows the aromas with a peppery, meaty edge some peppery notes with plenty of structure, fine tannins and superb acidity leading to an authoritative finish.
