This ticks all the standard South Aussie Shiraz boxes but is a bit lackluster in the personality department. Ripe, borderline stewed, plum fruit dominates the nose, backed by violets, earthy, peppery spices and cola oak characters. The palate is full-figured and mouthcoating, with a sturdy line of tannins and balanced acidity.
