The small Graves de Vayres appellation faces the hill of Fronsac across the Dordogne river. This wine, an attractive blend of Sémillon with Sauvignon Blanc, is spicy with a hint of nutmeg as well as perfumed floral and citrus flavors. Still young, the wine will be at its best from 2021. ROGER VOSS
