A very fresh, juicy and energetic malbec with plenty of ripe plums and red cherries. The texture and lively mouthfeel is impressive. Drink or hold.

Very pale straw-yellow color. Slightly musky scents of beeswax, medicinal herbs, apple, pear, menthol and lemon, plus a whiff of lanolin that reminded me of Chenin Blanc. Juicy, lemony and penetrating, with salty minerality contributing to the impression of dryness. But this wine boasts excellent mid-palate texture and richness Not a particularly fruity style but with its ripeness and richness it's not austere or shy either. In fact, this delivers serious mouth feel and ripeness. Finishes with a distinctly tactile yet smooth texture and very good length. Perhaps a bit more to it than the '17 bottling. Serious wine. (made without oak)

The second vintage of the white is the 2018 A Lisa Semillon, which was produced with grapes sourced in Mainqué. This unoaked village white fermented at low temperature and was kept with the lees for three months without any added sulfur, then it spent a further six months in stainless steel before bottling. I was surprised by how aromatic, expressive and open the wine is, with aromas of white flowers and pollen, with some balsamic touches and a mineral, diesel-like twist. The palate is round, but the wine is fresh and balanced, very tasty with flavors reminiscent of the notes found in the nose. 6,600 bottles were filled in September 2018.
A first white wine from Noemia and a legacy of Hans’s upbringing in Bordeaux where his father, Peter Vinding-Diers had a reputation from some of the best 100% Semillon in Bordeaux. This is 100% Semillon from 60 year old vines. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, using yeasts importer from Burgundy. Halfway through fermentation, the must was moved into French oak barrels for 10 days at 14° C and then back into the stainless steel tanks to complete the process. Bright straw yellow with golden hues. The bouquet on the nose is extremely elegant with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, including mango, yellow peach and papaya. The moderate vinification in oak adds some buttery notes and a creamy texture to the palate, which is rich, fresh and very persistent.
