Perfume of green herbs, lime and lime leaf, preserved lemon. Punchy and tangy in the palate, zesty, green-tinged with some chalkiness to the feel, mouthwatering all up and pretty darn delicious. Loads going on, but the take away is a wine of high drinkability and electric personality.
