"Our dear friends Jason and Hilary Driscoll have done it again with another release of their lipsmacking, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit is picked from two separate vineyards, Burkett Vineyard in Saint Helena and Gamble Vineyard in Yountville. Both lots were immediately pressed directly into neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels.

All of the barrels were fermented with native yeasts and once primary fermentation was finished, they stirred the wine on its lees once a month for seven months. After seven months, the finished juice from these two vineyards was blended together just prior to bottling." - Importer
