It is best to taste it in its youth to preserve all its freshness. - Estate Saint Bris is located on the Auxerre area (15 km from Chablis). The wine is produced exclusively from Sauvignon blanc and it is the only appellation in Burgundy using this grape variety. It is produced on clay-chalky soils.
