Product Description:

"For this harvest 2014, the spring season was cold and rainy with some frosts resulting in a less fruit set and low natural yields. Warm and dry weather conditions on summer and autumn seasons produced a healthy, ripe and concentrated crop prompting an early harvest and showing an outstanding grape quality that will deliver concentrated and full-flavored wines. The grapes were processed through-out cold soak and whole cluster pressing (10 hours at 10°C/50°F). The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks over 20 days at 14ºC (57.2ºF). After fermentation the wine was fined, filtered and bottled early to keep its freshness and vivid fruit expression." -Winery
