"Lovely ripe cherry, raspberry and floral notes grace this supple red, which is elegant yet firm, with acidity and tannins closing up the finish. The sweet fruit reemerges on the aftertaste. Best from 2014 through 2028. 1,250 cases made. "

"Blackberries, with sliced mushrooms and lemons. Full body, with velvety tannins and sweet fruit. Delicious finish. Drink or hold."

This is an incredible deal ... on a top flight Brunello.

Brunello buyers will want to jump all over this incredible deal from the blockbuster 2007 vintage. Just how good a vintage was this? The Wine Advocate ranked the 2007 vintage with a 97 Point score for the vintage overall. That's higher than 1997 and 2001!! That probably had something to do with the incredible demand we had for the 2007's when they were available a while back.

The only issue then was keeping them in stock. Today, it's hard to find great deals from this vintage .... until now. The 2007 Lazzeretti Brunello is a stunning example of just how incredible the wines from this year can be.

Yes ... you can drink this now.

This is part of the fun of being able to offer a Brunello that has a little bit of age on it. With the 2010's on the market now, we have many buyers looking back to try and pick up bottles from a prior vintage that was also quite strong. 2007 is the first in line.

The 93 Point Wine Spectator review notes that this wine is just now starting to come into its drinking window and on top of that, will hold for another 10+ years at least!
Drink it now ... or drink it later. Either way - this is a terrific buy!
