The 2023 Riesling Classic is still a little cloudy from the tank but beautifully shows its fragrant nature. The palate is lithe, dry and juicy, with pear and some lovely and subtle pear peel astringency, lending contour to the freshness and juiciness of the wine. The 2023 is light, appetizing and juicy.
