The 2016 Saar Riesling Feinherb opens with a lovely clear and crunchy slate aroma and spicy Riesling fruit typical of the Saar. On the palate, this is a lithe but round, lush and mouth-filling Saar Riesling with mineral/piquant freshness and very delicate acidity. This is highly stimulating and with gorgeous grip in the finish. A beautiful wine for a handful of dollars.
