"It's classified as a QbA and has 18-19 g/l RS and an amazing TA of 11 g/l. Delicate lime-fruited nose. Creamy lemon – fresh and like a gentle Kabinett. More off dry than medium dry with this balance between RS and acidity. Even at this level there’s a lemony minerality and a tension and a long finish. Saliva-producing finish but the acid is beautifully integrated."
