Dark and rich in the glass, the 2021 Pinot Noir Dijon 115 Old Vine Single Vineyard smolders up with a blend of crushed black cherries and cloves lifted by mentholated herbs. Juicy, fresh and wonderfully refined, intense red and blue fruits and sweet spice coast across the palate. The 2021 takes on a presently bitter tinge through the finish, pinching the cheeks as fine-grained tannins settle in and hints of wild strawberry slowly fade.

The fruit aroma here is the kind of dusty, brambly raspberries you find growing along side every rural dirt road you've ever traveled. There's also some earthy oregano and sweet chocolate notes. The wine's lithe tannins and zippy acidity support baskets of red cherry and tangerine fruit flavors.
