The 3 appellations vinified at the estate are Mercurey, Rully and Bouzeron. Harvests are exclusively manual. , the red grapes are transported to the winery by small boxes and are destemmed. The vatting lasts from 3 to 4 weeks and the aging lasts for 14 months with 20% new barrels. Our Champs Martin vines are young ( planted in 2007) and is expressed more by a concentrated and fleshy mouthfeel. "
