From the Nazoires and Mombies lieux-dits. Pretty and vibrant pink to crimson, with an excellent bouquet, heady red fruit yet stricter than the previous wines, with more precision. Sweet raspberry and strawberry fruit nonetheless. Gracious at the start, firmer behind, just the right acidity. Tasted: October 2020

Aude and Guillaume Lavollée continue to experiment, studying for example the effects of their biodynamic efforts in several parcels. Strengthened by their convictions, they have decided to orient the domaine toward a method of viticulture that is truly respectful of Nature and the soil. Domaine Génot-Boulanger, currently in the conversion stage, will be certified organic in 2018.
