T he Domaine de Montmain produces local wines expressing the purity of its climates. Each plot is vinified in small adapted vats and worked in accordance with Burgundy traditions.
Harvesting is always done manually with experienced teams. Anxious to harvest ripe and healthy grapes, we carry out a first sorting in the vineyard then a second on a vibrating table.
The vinifications are done in the old way in order to get the maximum flavor from our grapes.Filling of oak barrels
