The 2019 Pinot Noir Hirschy Vineyard is heady, with a mix of mentholated cherries, rum-soaked plums, sage and dried rose forming its bouquet. It's energetic within despite its rich character and nearly velvety textures. Cocoa-tinged red fruit slowly saturates toward the close. It finishes with admirable length and a balsamic resonance, tapering off with hints of bitter blackberry.
