"Our Limited Release Waitaki Valley Pinot Noir was sourced from the Doctors Creek area in the Waitaki Valley, North Otago. An extremely warm 2017-18 growing season allowed fruit to be picked at optimal maturity in what is generally considered to be an extremely tough place to grow grapes.

The fruit was hand-picked late in the season. Once in the winery, there was minimal handling allowing the fruit to express its purity. The wine further developed while maturing in French oak barriques for 10 months prior to bottling." - Winery
