"A peerless collection of hillside vineyards around the town of Sancerre, with a mix of chalk and flint (silex) soils. Ages of the vines are 30 to 50 years. All hand-harvested. Pressed full cluster (rosé de pressurage) then fermented on indigenous yeasts. Aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tank. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
