"Powerfully ripe, with minty and savory accents to the firm, well-fashioned flavors of dark cherry, damson plum and wild berry. Hints of juniper appear midpalate, with a finish of chocolate and spice. Drink now through 2024. 200 cases made."

"The 2016 Pinot Noir Estate Vineyard is medium to deep ruby in the glass. It has a very spicy nose of dried herbs, thyme, autumn leaves, cinnamon stick and tree bark with touches of red and black cherries, warm earth, cranberry, citrus peel and tea leaves. Light to medium-bodied and silky in the mouth, with loads of spicy/earthy fruit on offer, along with a soft frame and juicy acidity, finishing long. 250 cases were made."
Vines are tended to a meager yield each year due to clonal selection, inter-vine competition and aggressive vine-by-vine farming management. What arrives in the glass is a full-throttle expression of mountain-side, Heritage-selection Pinot Noir flavors—a tendency toward black fruit, accented by streaks of forest floor, clove spice and white flowers. These wines provide both depth and intensity, framed by a structure built to evolve in the cellar. A no-holds barred Pinot Noir.
