About

Product Description:

"The name Clair de Lune, meaning Moonlight in English, originated from the poem by the famous French symbolist writer Paul Verlaine. We outsource Pinot Noir from sustainable farmed vineyards in the Hautes-Cotes de Beaune. Once the wine goes through malolactic, it is gently assembled and brought to Fanny Sabre's winery in Pommard for further aging in stainless steel tanks. This Pinot Noir shows the typicity of the limestone driven soil bringing freshness and liveliness." - Winery
