"Le Cadeau Pinot Noir is produced exclusively from estate-grown fruit. Our hillcrest vineyard is situated in the Southwest corner of the Chehalem Mountains AVA in the North Willamette Valley of Oregon. Diverse slope aspects, extremely rocky soils, and carefully selected clones give our Pinot Noir wines their distinct personality.

A fragrant nose of red and black raspberry, lavender, and cherry licorice. On the palate, ripe cherry and sweet cranberry lead to a cinnamon and clove mid-palate. A rich, spicy, and long finish offers a collection of dark blue fruits mingled with spice tones of anise, white pepper, and sassafras. The texture is round and mouth-coating yet constrained by solid acidity. Best in 2012 and beyond. Winemaker Steve Ryan 277 cases produced." -Winery
