"Intense, wide, complex, with floral notes (eglantine and orange blossom) and hints of tropical fruit, citrus and apricot. Structured, voluminous, dense, balanced with good acidity. Complex and intense varietal notes; the aftertaste is long and persistent with strong notes of citrus, peach and apricot."

About the Winery
Immersed in the plain, surrounded by vineyards is the Ca 'of Rajo, strictly suitable for the production of great wines and sparkling wines. The winery, built in modern style, respecting the typical architecture of the Piave area, is equipped with modern equipment for winemaking. Ca 'of Rajo increasingly identifies itself in the development and production of grapes Native in the province of Treviso, including it includes the Prosecco Superiore di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG that is dwelling in the hills, the area where the centuries-old traditions and a present full of innovations intertwine creating a charm that captures its guests in every season, and the addition of harmony colors, scents and flavors that make it unforgettable.

About the Region
The Church of the Carmine with adjacent Convent House and the Tower of Rai are symbols of great historical and artistic interest, important for the history of Rai and the Treviso countryside that stretches from Conegliano to Oderzo. The Church and the convent, part of a complex of cloistered Carmelite fathers, were built by Raimbaut XII (Earl of Collalto), in the fourteenth century were an integral part of the courtyard of a large castle, now destroyed with the passage of the War world.

To date, there is nothing left of that important castle except a glimpse of the wall of the central tower. The church of Carmine instead has been preserved in good condition, despite suffering several floods over the centuries: it is such a unique incision present on the inner edge of the door, it shows how, in 1567, the water of the Piave came even 1 , 50 meters. Is there still a part of the inner courtyard where you can see some wall paintings and a sundial, against the walls of the church; from this yard well appears the bell tower, that the origins was a lookout tower.
