Stunningly complex! The palate is round, intense, dense and aromatic, with delicate mineral acidity carrying it to a long, structured finish with stimulating salinity. This is one of the most impressive Pinot Blancs you can find in Alsace and the best I have tasted here so far. The 2016 has remarkable finesse and a long, mineral finish. Tasted October 2018.
