"A step up in quality over the Chasselas, the 2014 Pinot Blanc comes from 50-year-old vines and is vinified dry (which means less than three grams per liter). Rich, layered and mouth-coating, it gives tons of spiced orange rinds, honeysuckle and matchstick aromas and flavors to go with a medium to full-bodied, ripe, rounded style on the palate. It’s versatile on the dinner table and will shine for at least 2-3 years." October 2015.
