"Located at the source of the Arraiolos creek, Vinha do Taco is an emblematic vineyard because it is the place where the Silveira family introduced Coelheiros’ wines to their friends for the first time. The vineyard was planted in 2001, where we find Petit Verdot, which gives origin to this wine. Coelheiros Vinha do Taco is only produced in years of exceptional quality and in limited quantities. The fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank and the wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. The wine is only released after five years of bottle aging.The nose has the characteristic Petit Verdot moss notes that are well integrated with the spices developed during barrel aging. The palate shows remarkable elegance with a vibrant acidity and a long and persistent finish."- Winery
