The Five Forks white blend is composed of hand-harvested fruit from an array of vineyard sites, including the Early Mountain Estate Vineyard. A portion of Petit Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc were co-fermented, with the remaining lots fermented separately in stainless steel before blending. Early Mountain’s take on an ‘everyday’ wine, Five Forks is fresh and versatile with a layered aromatic profile. 12.9% abv.
