Palo Cortado is a rarity as a wine within the Montilla-Moriles wine region (100% Pedro Ximenez grapes). Mahogany in color with complex bouquet, it harmonizes characteristic notes of Amontillados and Olorosos together with citric notes. Deep palate with aromatic notes and delicious finish. Better to be enjoyed at fresh room temperature.
