Product Description:

Barolo DOCG Riserva “Essenze” is a Barolo blend of the finest pedigree. It is produced only in special vintages.

Despite utilising traditional winemaking practices, our house style is evident, which emphasises full-bodied wines with emphatic fruit, and optimal equilibrium among all components as well.

After long maceration on the skins for some 25 days, malolactic fermentation is completed in steel. The wine is then matured in oak for 36 months. The blend takes place before bottling selecting the best expressions of the vintage.

Still other at least 24 long months in bottle are necessary for this premium Riserva.
