The 2022 Siaurac is elegant, nuanced and super-classy. Crushed red berry fruit, flowers, chalk, blood orange, rose petal and white pepper are beautifully lifted. I am so impressed with the wine’s freshness and translucent finesse. This is the first vintage for Siaurac under the management of the Calon-Segur team. It is one of the sleepers of the year. The blend is 76% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Franc and 3% Malbec.
