Aromas of licorice, dark berries, spices and cassis preface the 2022 La Vieille Cure, a medium to full-bodied, fleshy, fruit-driven wine framed by velvety tannins. It's nicely balanced, with a fresh and elegant finish. This is a blend of 78% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Franc and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon.
