"The keenly priced 2016 Coda is a lovely introduction to the Cadence range, offering up complex aromas of cigar box, currant fruit & loamy soil, followed by a medium-bodied, supple palate with velvety tannins & juicy balancing acids, concluding with a mouthwateringly savory finish. It's a blend of 36% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Cabernet Franc & 9% Petit Verdot."

These aromas dance right into the palate, with red and black fruit on entry that folds around to a complete whiplash of flavors and intensity on the back half of the palate.
