"Michel Rollet owner/winemaker. Family-owned property for 4 generations. This family owned estate is located on the clay and limestone plateau of Saint Emilion known for creating wines with smooth, round tannins, red fruit flavors, and spicy notes. Manual harvest with sorting in the vineyard and the cellar. Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Aging in vats and French oak barrels (70%).
A deep purple color with red berry notes. Full-bodied with ripe, rich fruit aromas and a silky structure. Very pleasant wine to drink with dinner." -Importer
