"Château Fayan was purchased by Jerome Parat and his wife in 1997 following a motorcycle accident that left him paralyzed. The 20-acre estate consists of high density plantings of 4,600 vines per hectare, and great investments have been made in the winemaking cellars. The couple focuses on producing high quality, organic Bordeaux blends in the up & coming St. Emilion satellite appellation of Puisseguin St. Emilion."
