The 2023 Microcósmico Macabeo comes from old vines on limestone soils, showing the character of the grape, with austerity, clout and power. It has more structure, not necessarily weight, and a very tasty finish with a bitter twist. It has a moderate 12.5% alcohol, a pH of 3.21 and 5.89 grams of acidity. 20,199 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2024 after seven months in concrete.
