David Codomie is a new winegrower. The 2016 crop year was his first full crop. Every year David searches for the right blend for this wine. Depending on the ripeness of the grapes, it is mainly Grenache or Syrah. This year the blend is 50% mouvedre 40% Grenache and 10% Cinsault.
