"Soil of marl and chalk located in the hillsides of the Trevaresse chain. Altitude of 250 to 400 metres with a south exposure. Hot micro-climate, tempered by the Mistral-wind and the altitude.

"A classic Provençal rose: pink salmon color, crisp and delicate nose with persistent raspberry/ blackberry fruit plus floral and citrus notes (pink grapefruit). Well balanced with a refreshing, crisp acidity. Solid presence but totally light on its feet. Pair with salads or light appetizers, pate, poultry, poached or grilled fish." - Winery
