85% Garnacha Blanca, complemented by 8% Chenin Blanc and 7% Viognier. Hand-harvested in early August, the grapes were treated with exceptional care, including destemming and manual pressing, before native yeast fermentation in both barrels and amphorae. The wine was then aged for seven months. The Laurel Blanc 2023, a testament to the estate's dedication to terroir and the llicorella slate soils of the Les Manyetes vineyards.
