"The stone, slate and light salt character with dried apple and lemon is so interesting. Full body. Drink now."

"Intriguing aromas evoking sea brine, Mediterranean scrub, mature citrus zest and a hint of pineapple follow over to the racy palate along with yellow apple and a hint of hazelnut. Vibrant acidity and a tangy saline note give it a crisp, savory finish. -KO"

"This wine’s succulent flavors and lightly chewy texture create the impression of biting into a perfectly ripe peach. Juicy and fresh, with floral scents and a hint of lime zest, it has enough tangy acidity to balance the ripe fruit, leaving you refreshed and ready for another sip."
From the Importers' Website: 6 hours of cryomaceration with soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine spends an additional 8 months in tank before bottling and release. Calpazio is the name of a local mountain, at the foot of which lies one of the San Salvatore vineyards. Exuberant wine, harmonious, with great body and length. Notes of peach, apricot, honey and citrus aromas; very typical of this variety cultivated by the sea.
