San Luigi is one of the most important crus of Dogliani area. 2018 Dolcetto shows a good aromatic and balance frame –despite a challening an mid-rainy vintage- which goes through a dominant and intense ruby red color, while at the nose red fruits prevail over the floral side, with strawberry and cherry in the foreground. In the mouth fruits bring back to the olfactive memory, the good acidity typical of the Dolcetto of Dogliani blooms and the finale shows a delicate and rolling tannin. It is preferable to drink it over the first 5 years in consideration of the steel-only refining." - Winery
