Product Description:

The harvest is mainly processed at night in order to preserve the aromatic potential and to minimize the use of sulphur. The blend is dominated by free-run juice from Grenache and Rolle with skin maceration, completed by Cinsault and Syrah from direct pressing. Fermentation takes places in concrete tank.
