Big, rich and juicy! This ripe Languedoc blends offers lots of berry fruit and floral aromas and flavors with accents of liquorice, cracked pepper, cassis and cinnamon. Super well made wine with soft tannins Made at Chateau de la Negly by the same exceptional team of winemakers, Didier Lacreu and Claude Gros, these wines receive the same care and meticulous attention that is given to the Chateau de la Negly wines. The vineyards are in the La Clape AOP, and are identified by their close proximity to the Mediterranean with their weathered sandstone soils of gravel and chalk. The grapes are hand-sorted, berry by berry, after they are de-stemmed by a triple sorting table team of 12 people.
