"This winery founded by winemaker Felipe Uribe is defined as a project focused on high-altitude wines with a mountain influence. It first came onto the scene with the launch of Andes Plateau 700, a red blend from two origins—Pirque (Maipo) and Alcohuaz (Elqui). Today, Andes Plateau’s catalog includes other labels, such as Cota 500 Cabernet Sauvignon and Cota 500 Merlot. For many years, Uribe was the winemaker at the William Fèvre winery, where he made wines with a mountain character. Uribe owns Andes Plateau in partnership with his family." - Descorchados
