From a .36-hectare parcel in the lieux dit of En Gargouillot, situated on northern edge of the appellation bordering Volnay and just under Meursault 1er Cru Les Santenots. Grapes harvested by hand and carried to the winery before being pneumatically pressed at low pressure.
