Product Description:

The winery in Gols is located 60 km southeast of Vienna, near the Hungarian border in the midst of an impressive and beautiful natural paradise - Northern Burgenland. The locations of the vineyards are in and around Gols. 25 hectares divided into 40 plots, each with individual potential. This wide distribution gives us a variety of soils and microclimates - ideal bases for creating exciting, authentic wines year after year. The plantings of the sites were chosen so that the variety, soil and orientation result in a coherent whole - some vineyards were planted with three different grape varieties. Manual harvest, 80% fermented and stored in steel tanks and 20% in large wooden barrels (2000l). No acid degradation and stored on the fine lees until December.
