"The 2018 Chablis Croix Aux Moines has a slightly reserved bouquet, with light green apple and flinty scents eventually being coaxed out. The palate is well balanced, offering a fine bead of acidity, good tension and a taut and lightly spiced finish. This is one of my favorites from Pommier in 2018."
