Colour is a distinctive pale yellow straw with a green hue. Intense bouquet is pleasantly fruity with highlights of green pear and clingstone peach accented by the flowery notes of apple blossom against a genteel boisé background. Palate is a rush of citrus and white peach with fresh acidity. Clean, lemon-citrus and Pink Lady apples with a layer of minerality and viscosity. Textured stone fruit balanced with fresh, grainy acidity. Fine and flavoursome keeping with the sensations registered by the nose with a long crisp finish." - Winery
