"This wine gets its inspiration from the great white wines of Chablis, interpreted through the unique conditions on the North Fork. Hand harvested at the peak of ripeness in the superb 2013 vintage, the grapes were beautifully balanced and full of sweet flavor. By avoiding malo-lactic fermentation and keeping the wine in cool, stainless steel vessels, bright, primary fruit flavors stay in the forefront. Lees stirring enhanced the structure and breadth of the wine. The 2013 Yellow Crown was bottled in May of 2014." - Winery
